Great Britain: G4S acquires Denmark’s ISS for 5.2B pounds
17 octobre 2011 // 0 CommentairesThe British security giant said that they have acquired Danish outsourcing provider ISS A/S which will result in making them a global security and facilities services giant with combined sales of GBP16 billion. G4S says this merger will drive growth in existing geographies and emerging markets and the tie-up expected to enhance earnings in the first year with double-digit earnings per share accretion expected within 3 years of completion.
