Switzerland : Mobilezone buys out part of Mobiletouch

Zurich based Mobilezone has acquired the support and distribution services of Mobiletouch. The total value of the deal has not been revealed.

Mobiletouch will open ‘a number’ of « help » centres in the next two years, similar to those recently opened in Zurich and Lucerne.

Mobiletouch has a turnover of 25 million CHF, employs 200 people and is active in Switzerland and Austria. Mobilezone Holding AG, turned over 300 million CHF last year, owns 135 shops and employs 500 people.
