This is the conclusion of a survey compiled by InterExec. The headhunters interviewed for the survey are not against women in high profile jobs, but instead believe that to reach the top women have to give up any kind of career break, including maternity leave.

C’est la conclusion d’un sondage effectué par InterExec. Les chasseurs de tête interrogés ne sont pas contre les femmes recherchant des postes à haute responsabilité. Cependant, ils ont mis en avant le fait que pour y arriver, ces femmes devront renoncer à toute interruption de carrière, y compris leur congé-maternité.
