"The Chosen One" is currently playing for the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers franchise. At 30 years of age, James has already won two NBA Championships (2012 and 2013) and was awarded Most Valuable Player four times (2009, 2010, 2012, 2013).
In comparison, Roger Federer, one of the best tennis players of all time, only got a 10-year contract from Nike, negotiated at 10 million per year.
Often compared to the legend Michael Jordan, LeBron James has his personal shoe line and is a pillar of the Nike brand. Today, he is four NBA Championships and one MVP away from Jordan's standing. No doubt that this contract will give him even more motivation to be the best NBA player ever.
