With over eight years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Back Office Coordinator, I feel especially at ease in a multinational environment where I can make the most of my languages: German, Swiss German, French, English…and if need be, Italian and Croatian!

Allocating resources to optimise time, money and effort comes naturally to me. My motivation is to provide a practical result which unblocks a situation for someone or helps a project to advance. From helping to improve internal communications to excelling at organising events or coordinating with various stakeholders to reach a common goal, I am convinced that most problems have a solution and I am well versed at thinking out of the box to get them fixed.

Avec plus de huit ans d'expérience en tant qu'assistante administrative et coordinatrice Back Office, je me sens particulièrement à l'aise dans un environnement multinational où je peux profiter de ma connaissance des langues : allemand, suisse allemand, français, anglais… et si besoin, italien et croate !

Allouer des ressources pour optimiser le temps, l'argent et les efforts me vient naturellement. Ma motivation consiste à fournir un résultat pratique qui débloque une situation pour quelqu'un ou aide un projet à avancer. Qu'il s'agisse d'aider à améliorer les communications internes, d'exceller dans l'organisation d'événements ou de se coordonner avec diverses parties prenantes pour atteindre un objectif commun, je suis convaincue que la plupart des problèmes ont une solution et que suis compétente et expérimentée pour sortir des sentiers battus afin de les résoudre.
