I support HR teams to foster positive office environments through trendy engagement initiatives, implementing consistent internal activities, and delivering effective internal communication. Getting to be creative with birthday celebrations, office breakfasts, wellness challenges, internal office competitions, work anniversaries, summer parties, and Christmas parties keeps me motivated.
I help our people feel recognized, appreciated, and develop a strong sense of belonging contributing positively to retention. But not only….
I also help talent teams attract Gen Z talent with competitive employer branding content through social media platforms and careers websites.
I create and set guidelines for videos, reels, photo content, text under the topic of employee stories, internship experiences, interview testimonials..
I also attend career fairs events, organizing the end-to-end logistics involved and enjoy meeting youth talent, getting to share my experience as well as hear their aspirations.
At the end of the day, for me, it all comes down to seeing the measurable impact I have in creating a workplace vibe that people want to join and remain part of that keeps me going.
