UK : 2.6% pay cut agreed by British Airways pilots
94% of the pilots of the British Airways have voted to accept a salary cut, which will save £26 million per year. Following the vote, Mr. Jim McAuslan, the general secretary of the British Airline Pilots Union Association (BALPA), announced the union’s desire to help the company recover its reputation as one of the world’s most successful airlines.
