UK :Interactive Recruitment Fair expects to attract more than 100 000 visitors

After its first online events last year in France, Monster is organising its first Interactive Recruitment Fair in the United Kingdom, from 19 to 31 October. The idea is to match employers and jobseekers after an initial careers test and then allow them to communicate and network via text and video chat. Most of the 49 employers at the fair already use Monster and have qualified to take part in this event based upon the number of currently available jobs which they have on the site, such as Google which has 71 jobs on offer.
Isabelle Ratinaud, Director of marketing at Monster, hopes this event will attract more than 100 000 visitors compared to the several thousand who would normally be expected to attend a physical recruitment fair due to location.
