- Project coordination : testing and evaluation of technology for video systems and new conference rooms
- Procurement and logistics: budgets, procurement plan follow-up, purchase orders, inventory management
- Contracts : supplier identification - negotiations (respecting SLAs, KPIs), analysis, recommendations
- Billing : analysis and reporting (monthly, annually)
- ITIL standard technical support : incident logs, service requests or calls, troubleshooting, incident resolution
- Platform support : administration and configuration, procedural documentation and training (hardware and software)
- Very good communication with all levels of hierarchy, proactive, solution oriented, customer focussed
