60 million is the value in CHF of the turnover of the RM Group in 2015. Founded in 1998, RM IT is one the leading companies in the field of IT resource management, especially in the German part of Switzerland. They propose a wide range of services related to human resources including recruiting IT specialists, payrolling and procurement services.

This week, the RM Group took one more step in increasing its growth by acquiring Human Capital, a privately-owned recruitment consultancy whose strategy is to offer a personal “Boutique Service” rather than a “Superstore” approach to clients and candidates.

This is a positive sign of growth and opportunities in the IT recruitment market in Switzerland.
