After having started his career in New York, he moved to Geneva to work for Vitol as a Finance Manager. He then moved to Cargill as the Manager in Trade & Commodity Finance. Next, he took a position as Vice-President in Business Risk Consulting for Arthur Andersen. After that he became independent and opened his own Service & Consulting Company called "Auprès Consult". Now, he is in charge of the Commodity Trading Major and Courses at HEG.
