It also enables Iron Man to optimize his armour to avoid excessive or repetitive strain, in the same way that employers must ensure that tasks and working conditions are organized to avoid undue strain on employees. Last but not least, J.A.R.V.I.S enables Iron Man missions to be organized and planned, just as the employer must organize work appropriately to guarantee employee health and safety, by anticipating needs and proactively responding to potential risks.
