“Talking Emotions” is a conference that brings top scientists together with experts in behavior, communication and coaching in order to discuss how human emotions affect a wide variety of aspects of our day-to-day lives. With the growth of automation, low cost companies are finding ways to reduce services. Robots are replacing humans. As customers, nowadays we are overwhelmed by the pace of technological change.
