When work gets stuck between people, priorities, deadlines and unclear decisions, I help bring it back to execution.
I work best in complex business environments where there are many moving parts, different interests and no time for vague ownership.
My focus is simple: clarify the problem, identify what is blocked and why, align the right people and move the work towards a practical result.
I am not interested in process for the sake of process. I am interested in what moves, what is stuck, what risk is being ignored and what decision is needed next.
My background combines project coordination, operations, procurement, contracts, stakeholder communication, reporting, risk control and follow-up across public, private and non-profit environments.
I have an Executive MBA from the University of Geneva, which strengthened my strategic and analytical thinking, but also confirmed something very practical: strategy only matters when it becomes action.
I bring curiosity, analytical thinking and execution drive. I like entering new topics, understanding how systems really work and asking the questions that often stay under the table:
I am especially interested in business operations, project delivery, transformation, vendor coordination and roles close to decision-making, where projects need structure, pressure needs direction, and people need to move from discussion to delivery.
I value direct communication. I challenge assumptions when needed, but the goal is not conflict. The goal is progress.
Good execution is about making priorities visible, responsibilities clear and decisions actionable.
That is where I can create value.
