In this own words, "Business Support" means anything that relates to the operation of a business or an organization.
In this work, you master several different technologies and administrative needs in the office, which require a variety of skills. It's not just about managing a calendar!
It requires skills in negotiating, project management, customer service, communication, leadership and problem solving, amongst others. Laurent has them all.
