Digital Luxe Meeting: How Luxury is Adapting to the Digital
The third edition in Geneva of the Digital Luxe Meeting is taking place 18 February 2020.
Attracting millennials who predominately buy online has become a must for luxury brands.
These millennials are predicted to be the biggest engines of growth for luxury brands over the next few years.
Indeed, luxury goods sold online has increased by 20 percent in the past few years, and the consultancy group McKinsey predicts that this rate will double over the next five years.
Digitalisation is necessary for more and more luxury brands that want to meet the expectations of an increasingly connected clientele. But how can they adapt to the digital revolution while managing to preserve the exclusivity of luxury?
